Easy Chocolate Ice Cream (no eggs)

- ½ 1 cup (375ml) milk
- ½ cup (75 g) cocoa.
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) vanilla.

- during a deep bowl, put the milk cream or light whipping cream and beat with an electrical beater.
- Add vanilla and a pinch of salt and blend again.
- Then add the milk and cocoa and blend the ingredients well.
