Easy Chocolate Ice Cream (no eggs) 




 Cocoa frozen dessert ingredients👄

  • 2 cups (500 ml) yogurt cream or liquid light whipping cream.
  • ½ 1 cup (375ml) milk 
  • ½ cup (75 g) cocoa.
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) vanilla.
  • salt.
  • Chocolate sauce to embellish.

How to prepare a frozen dessert with cocoa.

  1. during a deep bowl, put the milk cream or light whipping cream and beat with an electrical beater.
  2.  Add vanilla and a pinch of salt and blend again.
  3.  Then add the milk and cocoa and blend the ingredients well.
  4.  Put the mixture within the freezer for 12 hours.
  5.  remove the frozen dessert from the freezer, serve it and decorate it with chocolate syrup.
